This ground floor condo is located in the lower village in the Horsethief townhomes .This is a corner unit, with its own patio and only a couple steps away from the communal bbq , hot tubs & Underground Parkade. Added bonuses are the ski-in/ski-out location in the Lower Village and being steps away from the hot tubs, store and outdoor pool.
Just outside the town homes is a free gondola to the upper village. There is also the convenience of the General Store in the lower village selling a selection of groceries and liquor/beer.
The unit features a fireplace, smart TV with Netflix access, cable TV, complimentary WiFi and the kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances including a slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and a dishwasher.
Plenty of bed linens, extra towels for the Horsethief outdoor Hot tub’s or the Panorama Springs Hot Pools. Access is included with your accommodation.

One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 75 percent will apply.
** If there is a government-imposed travel ban or if the mountain closes due to ban/ fires for your dates, the owner will refund the deposit paid to them.**
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
